چکیده
Abstract. Research objective was to study the intestinal microbiocenosis in broiler chickens. Laboratory test conducted at and Development Center for Agriculture of North-Western Branch Tyumen SB RAS. Methods. Cobb 500 chickens breed used. The main part experiment began age 14 days. By this time, had reached an average body weight 365 grams. control group fed basic diet, consisting total mixed ration fodder pure water. Chickens 1st experimental during stage were with “Vetom 2” probiotic additive drinking water 50 mg / 1 kg poultry weight, whereas 2nd “Lactobifadol” added their rate 0.2 g per weight. results have showed that prior feeding formulations no pathogenic microflora observed droppings Conditionally bacteria, such as Proteus mirabilis, Klebsiella oxytoca, pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus present. Bacillis spp. present all samples. After formulations, detected groups. bacteria mirabilis chickens, group, group. Concentrations Bifidobacteria Lactobacteria chickens’ significantly higher than rest Bacillus samples 2”. It also other Scientific novelty. involving aimed researching its effect on digestibility Northern Trans-Urals conditions first time.

This trial was conducted to determine the effects of feeding a diet containing solid-state fermented rapeseed meal on performance, nutrient digestibility, intestinal ecology and intestinal morphology of broiler chickens. A mixed liquid culture, containing approximately 5 log cfu/ml Lactobacillus fermentum, Enterococcus faecium, Saccharomyces cerevisae and Bacillus subtilis was prepared in a 1:1...

In order to determination of ileum apparent and true digestibility of two samples of poultry by product meal, an experiment was conducted with a total of 60 day-old broiler chicks, Ross 308 strain. Poultry by-product meal was prepared from two slaughter house in Alborz province. Samples were sent to laboratory for determination of chemical analysis. The birds received commercial broiler starter...
